Chanel S/S 2012 RTW

Christmas and the New Year's parties over, everybody has started to update their wardrobes and prepare for the spring. That is great news!

There are two big trends for the S/S 2012 season: 1) Sporty + bright colours, and 2) Girly + pastels+ white.

Since I am not the sporty kind of girl (I should take up something, as a matter of fact), I'd like to go for the second big trend, that of Luis Vuitton, Prada, and Chanel. What are you going for?

Ellos Lace Skirt

I'm already thinking of spring and summer, and this skirt would be a lovely option to go out to the city under the wonderful Swedish summer weather (If you are planning to visit Sweden, the best time of the year is summer! It's sunny and warm and never too hot).

Back to the skirt, I would wear it with my blue denim jacket and a white tee. Simple and sweet. The skirt costs 299 kr at Ellos.se

Maison Lancôme

This powder blusher from Lancome is not only make up, but also a little work of art! I would not use it because I would not want to destroy the lovely Parisian postcard. The image depicts the original boutique at 29 St. Honoré in Paris. It costs 495 kr.

Lela Rose

Lela Rose is another designer to have in mind when all we want is to feel feminine! This dress belongs to her S/S 2012 RTW collection.

I don't show my shoulders so I would add some nice short sleeves to this dress and prepare myself to receive many compliments! :D

Louis Vuitton S/S 2012

What can I say that hasn't been said already? The best collection (and campaign) this coming season is Louis Vuitton! ♥

This is my piece of advice after having spent 100 kr on my Style.com magazine: Don't buy it! I ordered as a Christmas gift to myself (haha!) some time ago and I have only read it once and reluctantly. There is much to criticize. Perhaps I had great expectations and they were not met but honestly...who wants to pay for a magazine that only reproduces what you find on its website or Vogue.com? I do not buy magazines to get a Top 10 of the same items I have seen a hundred times before...AND the size is TOO big. Don't even think of taking the magazine on the train or bus to read on the way to work/school. You will look ridiculous...

So, is there anything good about it? Yes, there is, but not much for me. I liked the maps of the different fashion capitals of the world, the interview with Azzedine Alaia, and the campaigns (I always fall in love with the campaigns!)

Céline Resort 2012

I'm a huge admirer of Phoebe Philo, despite her clothes not being always the best option for a curvaceous woman like me. However, I am a little disappointed with the Céline Resort collection this time. I only liked two outfits out of 27. Here they are.
