Irreverent

Trying to log into H&M's website to check what's been sold out and what not but it's impossible! The site is down due to so many visitors. Well done Donatella!

Today I am adding something different to my wishlist: a book. But not any book, of course, it is a book about fashion. I'm talking about Carine Roitfeld's Irreverent. It costs 600 kr, way too much for my student budget. I wouldn't mind receiving it for Xmas.... Have you got it? Did you like it?

I'm not queuing...

When H&M announced this year's collaboration with Versace I was surprised and curious. Versace has never been a brand I have particularly liked and identified myself with. Still, I thought that since H&M is a Swedish chain the result could appeal to me...Unfortunately, Versace decided to go for what is stands for, no intepretations, no customization...I looked and really tried to find something I could bring to my wardrobe but concluded that this time I am not gonna buy anything. The main reasons are:

1) I'm not a Versace 1,80 size 34 superblonde.
2) The clothes are too colourful and I'd rather wear black in winter.
3) The clothes are meant for a Californian or a Miami party girl...
4) The clothes are either too short or too tight or too open...or too expensive!

The rings were cute though...but I already have too many rings and I never use them.

If Only...

If only I had had 2000 kr more...I would have snapped these two pairs from the shelves as well. Lanvin for H&M was one of the best collaborations, to me. What do you think?

Almost a year ago...

Almost a year ago I was standing in line to get into a H&M store. My objective: Get the Lanvin for H&M jacket at all costs! 30 minutes later I left the shop 1000 kr poorer but very happy. My black jacket is now a party classic in my wardrobe. I ♥ it!

Back to the Past

Ok, I would never ever buy the Miu Miu dress (Pic 2) from this A/W collection (It costs €2,860), but I can afford to dream of this Asos Midi Dress (Pic 1) for only 595.26 kr!!! :)

I saw these Flocked Rose tights on an editorial in Elle Sweden and fell in love with them! I WANT them!!!! They cost 119 kr on asos.com.

River Island Lady Bag

No. I'm not going to buy it. 470 kr for a bag I will not use until summer is too much for my student budget, but what a cute bag!!! River Island always treats us with pretty and affordable designs. Get it at asos.com.
