This is a book that I would love to have on my bookshelf. It's a sociological and historical approach to fashion, with essays explaining the why's of the different trends and their impact on culture. THE book for fashion intellectuals, in other words!

The Fashion Book

Haven't allowed myself to purchase this book yet. Don't know why. The good news is that I've decided to get it before the year is over. I have more than 11 months ahead to do it! I'm sure I will wake up on morning and simply order it. It costs something like 400 kr.

This book on the house of Chanel looks good! It costs 190 kr (16.5 British pounds) on adlibris.com. I bet it is worth every penny!

100 Contemporary Fashion Designers

Fashion books are almost as addictive as cupcakes! I really really want 100 Contemporary Fashion Designers on my bookshelf. It regularly costs 350 kr but apparently it will be available on H&M stores at the super sale price of 150 kr so I might have to run to the city to get mine while there is stock! :)

Christian Louboutin The Book

I would like to have a look at this book at least. From what I have read it's a real pearl for shoe lovers, especially those who are big fans of the brand and designer. It costs around 1000kr.

Today I am adding something different to my wishlist: a book. But not any book, of course, it is a book about fashion. I'm talking about Carine Roitfeld's Irreverent. It costs 600 kr, way too much for my student budget. I wouldn't mind receiving it for Xmas.... Have you got it? Did you like it?
